Return Policy – IRON Handicrafts

We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handcrafted home décor items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong item.

Return Request Window:

  • You must place your return request on the same day your parcel is delivered to your doorstep.

Proof Required:

  • To process your return, you must provide an unboxing video or clear photos showing the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

  • This helps us verify the issue and offer a quick resolution.

Please Note:

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than damage or incorrect product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
